complyNC keeps all your FM tasks scheduled, with all relevant instructions, and as much user input as you want.  Then, for organisations that wish, work instructions can be issued, and data automatically collected through the use of handheld devices using our mobile application.  The mobile app issues employees with their planned and reactive jobs for any set period, typically day to day, and of course longer periods – all automatically.

Using the handheld device, the user scans NFC tags previously installed at set geographic points or on assets as they go about their work, to prove they have attended.  No more paperwork to issue on a daily basis, no more forgetting to fill it out, no more chance of forgetting to service a critical item.  Data is collected and stored for retrieval as and when required.  This can also serve as critically important evidence in the event of any challenges.

Examples of NFC points that could be scanned to prove attendance:

  • MCP weekly checks by a Maintenance team.
  • Daily Housekeeping tours at multiple times throughout the day.
  • Security patrols in the middle of the night.
  • Boiler service yearly by Contractor.
  • Any Reactive task, such as a spillage, defective lighting, a sticking fire door, all with the ability to add photos of before and after.
