Prior to founding the pioneering FM outsourcing model – Mercury Alliance – in 2010, Chris spent over 20 years at the heart of Diageo plc, latterly as a Global Procurement Director. He was responsible both for the company’s considerable procurement expenditures and the management and realisation of a wide range of major capital investment projects.
During his career with Diageo, Chris worked internationally in over 35 countries, with executive responsibility for numerous business efficiency enhancement and change management initiatives.
Chris brings this wealth of experience to bear in addressing the issues faced in delivering the most advantageous and effective operational systems and solutions on behalf of Unify’s customers.
Chris spends his spare time running a hobby livestock farm and oak forestry in his native Ireland.
